Market related challenge
- Demanding an Average Price Rate (APR) equivalent to Wakad in the Tathawade area presents a significant market-related challenge. Buyers familiar with Wakad’s established value may question similar pricing in the developing Tathawade.
Product related challenge
- The presence of seven-storey commercial complexes in front of two out of the seven residential towers at F Premium poses a significant marketing challenge. Potential buyers may have concerns about obstructed views and increased noise levels.
- Positioning a luxury segment property to a customer base that may not fully align with its premium offerings requires a thoughtful approach. It’s essential to highlight the unique value and exceptional benefits of the property to appeal to a broader audience.
- On paper, the project is located in Punawale, however, to an average PCMC guy Punawale is an underdeveloped location. But due to the project being road touch to the 6 Laned BRTS road it needed to be marketed as Tathawade.

- The prelaunch teaser campaign for F Premium was executed with the compelling tagline, “Experience the Epitome of Luxury.” The campaign encompassed a comprehensive strategy across three key fronts – Digital, Offline, and Channel Partners.
- Unique Collaboration: Collaborated with F TV to deliver high-end fashionable property. We are the pioneers of Real Estate X Fashion collaboration in PCMC.
- Logo and Branding: Crafted a fresh logo and brand identity for F Premium, aligning with the project’s luxurious offerings.
- Segment-Specific Logo: Developed a unique logo for F Premium, reflecting its new segment positioning as a premium residential project.
- On-Site Partner Meet: Organized a Channel Partner meet on-site to generate buzz and foster collaboration.
- Digital Support for Partners: Equipped Channel Partners with digital collaterals for effective online campaigns.
- Multi-Channel Activations: Deployed a mix of offline activities, including leaflets, SMS campaigns, creatives, and more.
- Strategic Hoarding: Placed strategic hoardings in key locations, ensuring high visibility and market presence.
