About Aishwaryam Insignia
Project:
Aishwaryam InsigniaDeveloper:
Aishwaryam by Essen & Vinode DevelopersLocality:
Punawale, PCMCKey Challenges:
Punawale market had seen an extreme slow down since the proposed dumpyard had seen the highest traction before its eventual cancellation announced on 18th December 2023. Following this landmark decision, we needed to launch the last tower of the project – Tower C with maximum velocity.
Our approach and strategy:
Marketing Plan
-
Onboarding a reputed campaign ambassador – Sharman Joshi who could get the communication out creating FOMO in the market
-
The communication chosen was “Wait karoge toh miss karoge” with an extensive static and TVC shoot was conducted.
-
The pricing was marketed a lucrative 55 Lac to drive traction. Location anchor point was changed to Wakad & the highlight was amenity space in the project (2 Acres).
-
The channel distribution medium was incentivized with “0.5% Feet on Street Incentive” helping walkins to go up during the campaign tenure.
-
Heavy outdoor branding (hoardings/ wayboards) supported with property portal, radio ads, digital branding was done
-
Campaigns for Rest of Maharashtra were rolled out with investors from Jalgaon, Nashik, Satara, Solapur & Kolhapur in focus.
-
High frequency remarketing was executed on all enquired leads and a recall value was created for the project
